Very basic furnishings!!! Room cleanliness is a real concern. It's really frustrating when the internet service is so poor and unresponsive!!!

Hotel's breakfast was incredible with local dishes and could satisfy any taste. The location was central, not far from the center. And it was just a short stroll away from Brasserie Restaurant, ate there couple of times.

The hotel was in a central location near to the airport. The staff were very helpful and a sensational breakfast was provided. The rooms were good-sized, nice large bedroom for a good sleep.

Oh mate, the shabushabu here was unreal! And I can't forget to rave about the pool that's kept spotlessly clean.

Staff were pleasant and the hotel was DECENT, it had excellent location near convenience store. Didn't like the bed, it was old nonetheless I loved the stay overall. The incredible breakfast had a huge variety of meals and the food I tasted was great. Location: the venue was not far from cheap food around as well as the airport and Central Ubud. There was Johnny Tacos nearby, offering quick meals.

Shame the bathroom was not clean.

Rooms lacked cleanliness, with dirty linens and rusted amenities. Internet connection was unreliable, with no resolution after multiple complaints. The pool area was inviting, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast offered decent vegetarian options, but overall it fell short compared to expected standards.

This was my second stay at the Best Wesern Kuta this year. I further endorse everything that I wrote last time: Excellent all all round hotel. Good value, nice big rooms with all that you could want, no smoking floor, in-room safes kettle for tea and coffee, mini fridge (with verycheap mini bar prices when compared to other hotels), good quality bedding and towels, TV with lots of international channels etc etc. Free wifi in rooms. Great breakfast - that goes on till 11am. Very friendly and helpful staff in all parts of the hotel. Hotel directly opposite a 24 hour K-Circle mini market. Regular free shuttle bus to a large shopping Mall next to the beach - or take a 'taxi metre' only 20,000 Rp - or a about a 20 minute walk. 25,000 Rp TO the airport Advice for those that have not been to Bali before;- upon arrival at the airport (Domestic or Internationl terminals) dont panic and talked into ''Transport Mister'' from the 100's of guys that will ask you where you are going. Head for the OFFICIAL taxi small office, right outside Arrivals, and pay them for your Taxi Meter. 50,000 Rp to Best Western The official drivers mainly in blue shirts are stood there and will push your baggage cart to where their taxi is waiting. Best Western also have a mini bus (I think the same price), but this would need arranging with the hotel before hand. Dont forget that when you leave Indonesia (International flight) you will need 150,000 Rp cash for your departure tax (on top of the US$ 25 you paid cash to arrive!). Have a good trip!

I really enjoyed the room with comfortable bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was great and absolutely perfect for walking around a lively water park. Plus it was in a busy area.

Recommend it for families seeking relaxation

The staff were more than just helpful, they were like friends. During the evenings, I strolled around the pool area, it was spacious and quiet, almost like our own little retreat, a rare find in a busy place. And let's not forget breakfast, a great spread with a mix of local flavors and Western choices. I mean, who wouldn't love starting the day with a smile and a plate full of good food. It's not often you find a place where the people care about your experience.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the experience, it was acceptable enough.

Room was spacious and well design with a lot of tv channel to choose.Bfast was fabulous.

The location to hot spot very far in walking distance need to take taxi

I had requested a double bed in a quite part of the hotel, but was given twin beds at the front next to a noisy (traffic) street. However, this was changed straight away when I complained. Hotel, staff and general service very good including ample buffet breakfast that unlike some hotels went on to 11am. Room mini bar prices very reasonable- perhaps due to a 24 hour very useful 'Circle K' mini market being opposite the hotel. Very nice swimming pool and the rooom was well furnished including a safe and electic kettle. The only down side in away was the distance from the main shopping street (about a 20 minute walk) - but the hotel does lay on a regular free shuttle bus service. Other transport is availabe at the hotel but expensive when compared to metered taxis. Hot Tip - ask the bell boy to call for a 'taxi meter'. May take 10-15 minutes to arrive but very reasonable prices, but insist on meter being on - 25,000 Rupia to airport for example.

the bathroom wasn't stocked well, which was a letdown. but the room was spacious and the staff were super friendly. loved the welcome drink after a long flight. pool area had a calming vibe.

Actually it's just value for money. Not luxurious, nor budjet. Breakfast is good. Situated in Kuta place, busy part of Bali. Shuttle to the beach every 2 hours. Takes 15 min by walk to get to the beach.
